Help with a choice

Send the item link and the option you are considering. For a fitted part, include the measurements you have taken. For electrical equipment, tell us the supply and country of use so the relevant specifications can be checked.

A parcel or product question

Include your order number, the email used when ordering and a short explanation. If something arrived damaged, incomplete or different from what you expected, photographs of the item and packaging can help explain the issue.

Delivery and returns

Use the same email for delivery questions, cancellation requests and return enquiries. Ask for the appropriate instructions and return destination before sending an item. A dispatch address should not be assumed to accept returns.

Only share what is needed
